I have used this hand creme for a long time. It is effective. Unlike a lot of hand creme it doesn't make you need more and more, it just does it`s job!

I have used Cetraben Emollient cream for a number of years because it was prescribed for me in hospital. My daughter and I have used it on a daily basis, following washing and bathing, applying Cetraben to delicate areas where skin touches skin. My daughter finds the product valuable in the treatment of eczema and I have had no rashes from its use. I am entirely satisfied with the product.

Cetraben Emollient Cream works really well on my 90 year old mother`s legs - she has varicose eczema, ulcers and other problems and is always scratching herself. The cream soothes her skins and stops the itch-scratch cycle in several areas of her body. Her skin has reacted badly to many prescribed ointmnts which are usually too strong for prolonged use. Her Carer also puts a little Cetraben in the water when she is washing my mother. This works really well and doesn`t cost a fortune either!

I bought three of these a my dermatologist recommend using this product. I can buy it from her in Canada for 2.5 times as much in cost or buy 3 for a little bit more than I'd pay at her office. Obviously I choose to go online. The one thing I notice is this formula the Europe and The U.S.A. has is a waxier formula with a weird waxy smell. The label is also different. The one I got from my Dr. made my skin feel softer and my skin absorbed the formula better. It comes down to how much you want to pay and if you get hit with duties. (which I did also) It's a good product but I know that the Canadian formula is better for me. It's a shame I can't find it in a bigger size then 125-ml at the Canadian pharmacies (I checked the big 3 here, with no luck) without going to the Dr's office.

I have had really bad eczema around my eyes and had "peeling" eyelids for the past ten years and had tried everything-nothing worked, not even the various creams that my GP prescribed...I thought I would try Cetraben but wasn't expecting too much...I've been using Cetraben for about 3 months now and so far it really works, no more eczema..My daughter-in-law also had "bad eczema hands" and nothing prescribed would work so I gave her some Cetraben to try, it also worked for her.....We will be buying more of this that's for sure....

I have developed eczema as an adult, quite recently. It has been a real problem for the past year, but Cetraben has been a great help, along with some use of steroid creams for flare-ups. I tried E45 cream, Diprobase, Doublebase and most recently Cetraben. For me, Cetraben is definitely the most helpful. I have been using it for 3 months now with good results. Delivery from Ivybridge was prompt but unfortunately I was out when it arrived so had to drive a 10-mile round trip to get it - that's the draw-back of ordering this shape of thing online!

I have had to deal with symptoms of eczema for the past 30 years. It wasn't until I found Cetraben, a couple of years ago, that I started feeling I could function with a degree of normality. I use it every day and it has helped with the dryness and itchiness significantly. In terms of effectiveness, there might be other emollients out there that work similarly, but they all have a very intense medicine-like smell. Cetraben has none of that. Its smell is neutral, almost imperceptible, and I don't have to worry about smelling like I've just got out of hospital, if you know what I mean...I honestly recommend it for anyone out there, whose main problem, like mine, is extremely dry , itchy and flaky skin.
